Time & Billing Clerk

Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious global law firm to identify a full-time Billing Coordinator for its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an internationally recognized law firm. Key Responsibilities:Review and process monthly pre-bills, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelinesGenerate, distribute, and finalize invoices in a timely mannerProcess narrative edits, time adjustments, and cost revisionsUpload and manage LEDES invoices through various e-billing platformsMaintain billing records and supporting documentationCollaborate with attorneys and finance personnel regarding billing and collections mattersRespond to client and internal inquiries concerning invoices, payments, and matter historyParticipate in billing and accounts receivable review meetingsAssist with collections efforts and identify billing discrepanciesGenerate billing reports and support special projects as neededEnsure confidentiality of client and firm information Qualifications:2+ years of legal billing experienceBachelor's degree preferredExtensive experience using billing software; Elite 3E experience strongly preferredExperience with e-billing systems and LEDES invoicingAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis role offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:401(k)Dental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountLife insurancePaid time offOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
