Sir Grout offers stable, year-round work without nights or Sundays. Technicians receive a base pay of $20 – $25/hour, with potential to earn up to $35/hour through performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties
- Perform color sealing, caulking, and minor repairs
- Operate professional restoration equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify add-on opportunities
- Maintain your vehicle, tools, and job site to company standards
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (must have a clean record)
- Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet all day
- Ability to pass a background screening
Qualifications
- Tile, flooring, or stone work
- Handyman, construction, or maintenance experience
- Auto detailing or restoration services experience
- Pressure washing, painting, or home services experience
