Tile - Flooring Installation Technician

About the role

Responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in commercial and residential settings. This includes cutting, measuring, and laying down tiles, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl flooring.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair flooring materials according to manufacturer specifications
• Measure and cut materials to fit spaces accurately
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in floor installation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical stamina
• Knowledge of common flooring materials and installation techniques

Skills

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
