We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to drive seller and creator governance product strategies and solutions for TikTok Shopping in North America.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design, providing TikTok users with a great shopping experience and product solutions.
• Manage daily team operations and cooperate with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, delivering a localized shopping experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of work experience in customer products.
• Experience as a product manager or product developer.
• Excellent communication skills, data-driven ability, and the capability to adjust strategies flexibly in complex situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business, and customers, with the ability to grasp new business models.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $176,320 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Base pay is part of a total package that may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
