TikTok Shop Strategy & Operations

Own the TikTok Shop channel: listings, product catalog, pricing, promotions, and storefront health.

Manage Combined Listings, flavor/variant consolidation, and listing architecture across SKUs.

Stay on top of platform updates, policy changes, and new features — and act on them fast.

Drive toward key channel metrics: Videos per day, GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, affiliate-driven revenue.

Affiliate & Creator Management

Build and manage Create's TikTok Shop affiliate program — recruiting, activating, and retaining creators.

Work closely with agency partner to scale affiliate outreach.

Identify high-potential affiliates and route the right products and briefs to the right creators.

Track affiliate performance and optimize commission structures and incentives.

Coincide with the broader influencer team to align Shop affiliates with paid whitelisting strategy.

Content & Creative

Work with creators and internal teams to develop Shop-native content (lives, shoppable videos, PDPs).

Identify what hooks, formats, and narratives convert — and build a testing framework around it.

Support TikTok LIVE strategy and execution where applicable.

Analytics & Reporting

Own TikTok Shop reporting: GMV, affiliate revenue, conversion, traffic sources, and content performance.

Surface insights on what's working and bring clear recommendations — not just data.

Monitor competitive landscape and platform trends.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, or a closely adjacent role.

Hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop account (not just running ads against one).

Strong understanding of TikTok's affiliate ecosystem and creator activation.

Comfortable with performance data and able to connect content decisions to business outcomes.

Organized and process-oriented — you can manage a lot of moving pieces without dropping any.
