Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Program Management
    • Research and recruit TikTok creators and affiliate partners that align with client goals to increase engagement and conversion performance.
    • Congduct outreach and secure collaborations across TikTok Shop beauty, health and wellness verticals.
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage day-to-day communication with partners and execute strategies to grow affiliate revenue and optimize performance.
    • Review creators for sampling and deliverables through TikTok Shop and make suggestions of content to fuel performance marketing initiatives.
    • Bonus points if you have executed campaigns via TikTok One to help with pre-seeding and creative velocity initiatives!
  • Content Creator Strategy & Management
    • Vet, negotiate and contract content creators to produce creatives that support both organic and paid media initiatives to fuel creative performance and client priorities.
    • Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats to inform creator briefs, outreach, and activation strategies.
    • Craft creative briefs based on brand initiatives, promotions, seasonality and timely trends.
    • Cooktor creator briefs, content expectations, and posting cadence.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics including sales, conversions, and ROI weekly, monthly and quarterly to show performance.
    • Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor analysis, TikTok Shop developments, and key industry shifts in the CPG and Beauty spaces.
    • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, affiliate relationships and GMV.
    • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates to develop Front Row’s internal network of creators.
  • Compliance & Quality Control
    • Monitor affiliate content to ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines and internal standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to monitor GMV Max campaigns and identify winning creators and content formats to scale.
    • Collaborate with the Shop Ops team to ensure consistency behind product focuses and promo participation - align affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
    • Partner with the Influencer Team to establish clear and concise creative briefs for test and learn strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or PR (agency or brand-side).
    • Understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and social commerce strategies inclusive of performance metrics for creator campaigns.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance metrics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to onboard and retain creators and affiliates.
    • Experience with TikTok Shop working in Seller Center and TikTok Affiliate Center.
    • Pasison for social media, creator and publisher trends, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
