TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager / Brand Manager

About the Role

ScaleHouse is a TikTok Shop growth agency helping brands scale through affiliate creators. We're looking for a Brand Manager / Affiliate Manager to own our creator relationships and be the day-to-day point of contact for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Nurture and grow our creator community inside Discord, onboarding, engaging, and keeping creators active and motivated
• Build genuine relationships with affiliate creators to drive consistent content and sales
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and keeping them informed
• Respond to creator and client messages promptly throughout the week
• Provide weekend coverage for time-sensitive messages
• Track creator performance and help troubleshoot issues as they come up

What We're Looking For

• Experience at an agency, brand, or as a TikTok Shop creator/affiliate manager
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and the affiliate/creator model
• Excellent written communication and a relationship-first mindset
• Highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing many conversations at once
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
