Affiliate Manager - TikTok Shop

About the role

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the affiliate program within TikTok Shop in Nebraska and Texas. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of affiliate marketing, and the ability to manage relationships with affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program
• Manage and communicate with affiliates to ensure they meet performance targets
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate programs into broader business initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or similar field
• Experience managing and growing affiliate programs
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TikTok platform and its features
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
