TikTok Creative Lead

PREFERRED ON-SITE IN GREENVILLE, NC. WILL CONSIDER HYBRID CANDIDATES BUT WILL REQUIRE FREQUENT TRAVEL TO GREENVILLE, NC AND OTHER VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Responsibilities

• Generate and pitch high-impact creative concepts for TikTok on a continuous basis.
• Collaborate closely with our Social Analytics Lead to translate platform intelligence into executable creative.
• Lead content from concept through production, working hands-on to bring ideas to life.
• Stay obsessively current with TikTok culture, trends, sounds, and formats.
• Develop a deep understanding of the MrBeast brand and what makes content feel authentically Beast.
• Participate in regular creative reviews and after-action analysis to sharpen output over time.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and social teams to bring concepts to execution.

Requirements

• Genuine, platform-native fluency on TikTok — you understand it from the inside, not from a brief.
• A proven creative track record making content that performs, whether for a brand, a creator, or yourself.
• Strong creative instincts and the confidence to pitch ideas with clarity and conviction.
• The ability to work at speed without sacrificing quality of thinking.
• Coachability, low ego, and a genuine hunger to operate at the highest level of creative.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, feedback-rich environment where the standard is world-class.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to execute at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience working on TikTok or similar platforms.
• Proven success in creating and executing creative content.
• Understanding of TikTok's cultural nuances and audience preferences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Skills

• Strong visual and audio storytelling abilities.
• Knowledge of TikTok's algorithm and trending topics.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and audience needs.

Pay

The base compensation ranges from $104,000 – $130,000, plus employee equity plan grant, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule

This studio is based in Greenville, NC, where the full MrBeast creative team operates. Relocation is preferred. The pace and nature of this work demand proximity to the team, to production, and to Jimmy (MrBeast).
