TIG Welder / Fabricator

Job Responsibilities

• Welding - TIG, MIG + other processes
• Operates a press brake to manufacture components from sheet metal or metal plates
• Operates CNC laser cutter, shaping and sizing sheet metal on 2D plane
• Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Performs routine maintenance on welders

Skills Required

• Ability to safely and effectively operate equipment required by job
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to follow process controls required in AS9100D:2016 / Nadcap AC7110 welding environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Must be able to read, write and speak English. Spanish/English proficiency is desirable
• Likely to require drug and proficiency testing
