About the role
The C5ISR-QRC branch focuses on researching and developing technologies that enhance situational awareness through precise and timely information acquisition. This role supports the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM).
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support to C5ISR TSIG Programs including Picketline, TSPRING, and SCAMP.
- Support system and network operations, including advanced troubleshooting and system anomaly resolution.
- Engage with external dataflow partners to resolve issues and validate troubleshooting.
- Perform network and application-level troubleshooting, especially when RF is unavailable or interrupted.
- Coordinate with Field Support Representatives (FSRs) for touch labor and track hardware problems.
- Respond to cyber security alerts and initiate response plans.
- Track and report system alerts and their responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 9 years of overall experience, 3-5 years of direct experience in IT and information assurance.
- IATII Level Certification in line with DoD 8570.
- Relevant computing environment certifications (Linux+, Microsoft Windows Certified Administrator, Red Hat Certified Administration).
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (LKVM, ESXi, HyperV, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
- A TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
- Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within 6 months of hire.
- Dual citizenship is not allowed for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in information technology and information assurance, or equivalent relevant disciplines.
- Ability to read and understand network and electronic diagrams and troubleshoot system errors.
- Experience creating, working, resolving, elevating, and closing out work tickets in an ITSM application.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with the systems being supported by this help desk.
- Prior military IT or networking experience is a plus.

Pay
The target salary range for this position is $120,001 - $160,000, based on experience and other factors.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, potentially with shift changes for off-hours and weekends. The position may also be converted to 12-hour days with a shortened work week.
