TIER III Analyst

About the role

Foxhole Technology provides cybersecurity and IT support for federal civilian and defense agencies. The TIER III Analyst supports DoD cybersecurity systems and validates trending data to identify potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage user reported issues
• Assist users with data analysis at varying levels of complexity/use cases
• Address data questions and/or data discrepancies
• Debug user queries and proactively identify areas for improvements/enhancements
• Collaborate with other business subject matter and technical experts to resolve user questions/issue
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation
• Track daily performance trends and raise issues when trends deviate
• Provide application support for remote systems
• Administer users and service accounts through an Enterprise management tool supported by Active Directory
• Initiate proactive customer notifications
• Adhere to service level standards for all customers
• Develop and nurture successful long-term relationships with clients
• Provide deployment support
• Maintain the health and processes of the systems
• Manage tickets via ITSM
• Work with Ops support team and development teams to resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Windows Server and Linux experience
• Strong experience with SQL to query and troubleshoot data issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Help Desk / IT Support experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Security + certification (or other 8570 certification)
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Pay

Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors as permitted by law. Maryland Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
