About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Work closely with designers to implement visual designs and user interfaces
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices
- Manage project timelines and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Git, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay
