About the role
Tier 3 Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities equipment and systems. Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical repairs
- Install and troubleshoot new equipment
- Respond to facility emergencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in facility maintenance or related field
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
