Key Responsibilities
- Provision and deprovision hardware, configure and ship laptops, and inventory returned equipment
- Provide onsite IT support across Windows and macOS, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot basic networking problems and assist with access requests
- Support printer and meeting room operations
- Manage tickets and communications through instant messaging and email
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows and macOS, including basic troubleshooting
- Basic networking experience
- Hardware provisioning and deprovisioning skills
- Experience with ticketing systems; Jira knowledge is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Entry to mid-level tier-1 support experience
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle and basic endpoint support
- Easygoing, casual demeanor
- Good written communication (IM/email/ticketing)
- Reliable onsite presence
