Tier 1 Support Specialist

This is a full-time and onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area. Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide hardware and software support for Windows and some Mac desktops and laptops Troubleshoot user accounts, software and hardware problemsAppropriately escalate problems to designated support levels using defined processesRespond to all requests for assistanceLog and report each service requestClose out trouble callsOther duties as assigned Requirements Six months of technical support experienceNo experience needed with a vocational technical school certificate (HDI)Experience with Microsoft WindowsExperience using Microsoft Office suiteStrong written and oral communication skills are required The anticipated rate range for this position is $18-20/hr. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range. This salary range represents Astor's good-faith estimate of compensation for the position at the time of posting.
