Tides Pool Bartender

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, frozen drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to pool guests and servers.
• Recommend beverages and promote daily specials.
• Operate the POS system and process guest payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized pool bar.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties.
• Work as a team to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience, preferably in a resort, restaurant, or pool setting.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic/frozen cocktails.
• Strong guest service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• POS and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
