REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum age of 21 - Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Minimum two years of bartending experience, with private club experience preferred - Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision - Proficiency in point-of-sale systems - Positive attitude and high energy

WORK SCHEDULE

Shifts vary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain a stocked and organized bar area - Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy and efficiency - Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Attend staff meetings and training sessions - Practice beverage and revenue control procedures - Provide excellent service to members and guests - Maintain knowledge of menus and specials - Execute opening and closing procedures - Build rapport with members and guests
