About the Role

This role is responsible for greeting guests and initiating friendly interaction while providing a high level of service excellence that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction while providing service excellence that exceeds expectations and answering questions.
- Perform defined accounting procedures for ticket sales, including:
- Register opening and closing procedures.
- Management of cash funds, deposits, and credit card balancing to ensure all revenue is collected and balanced daily.
- Knowledge of all tickets available and ability to close the sale.
- Utilize established ticketing systems.
- Clean and organize work area daily to present a professional appearance.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects ahead of schedule.
- Promote and support a "team" work environment by cooperating and helping co-workers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year ticket selling experience, OR the ability to pass a Math test and Typing test (score of 25 wpm or greater).
- Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory completion of onboarding process, including background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasional to frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs utilizing company’s safety guidelines for safe lifting.
- Mobility: Intermittent to prolonged sitting, standing, and/or walking for the duration of the shift (up to 13 hours).
- Repetitive Movements: Performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands, arms, or other body parts.
- Environmental Conditions: Ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.
- Cognitive and Sensory Requirements: Strong cognitive skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, processing and retaining information, attention to detail, and effective communication using approved methods.
