Writes tickets and processes cash winning tickets
Handles customer questions and disputes
Counts cash at the beginning and end of each shift
Ensures all customers, whether regular or infrequent, are made to feel welcome at all times
Carries out engaging conversations and provides friendly service to customers
Shows patience with customers who do not wager regularly; takes the time to explain how wagering works
Adheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the regulatory body
Calls for MTL support when writing bets requiring MTL paperwork
Anticipates and acts on the needs of the customer, seeks and responds to feedback
Ensures all issues affecting the customer experience in the sports book are reported promptly
Undertakes additional tasks contributing to the operations of the sports book, as requested

- Responds to customer needs and feedback promptly
- Reports any issues affecting the customer experience in the sports book
- Performs other tasks as requested to support the sports book operations
