Ticket Seller (Crypto.com Arena)

The arena hosts major events, including NBA and NHL All-Star Games, GRAMMY Awards, and concerts by globally renowned artists.

About the role

The Ticket Seller is responsible for processing single ticket sales for events at Crypto.com Arena and Peacock Theater. This role includes working Will Call windows, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting other ticketing duties while maintaining accuracy in financial and ticketing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process single ticket sales at the Box Office.
• Distribute Will Call tickets for events.
• Provide information to patrons about performances and ticketing policies.
• Answer the general Box Office phone line and assist guests with inquiries.
• Support other Managers, Administrators, and Supervisors within the Box Office as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior cash handling experience; ability to manage large quantities of cash and other payment methods accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong customer relations, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must join the IATSE Local 857 Union upon employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with ticketing systems, especially Veritix and Outbox.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Schedule

Must be available to work 4 out of the 5 weekend shifts:

• Friday evening from 5pm – CLOSE
• Saturday morning from OPEN – 5pm
• Saturday evening from 5pm – CLOSE
• Sunday morning from OPEN – 5pm
• Sunday evening from 5pm – CLOSE

Pay

$21.44 per hour.
