Description Bristol Mountain Responsibilities: Greet guests as they prepare to load the liftVerify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tabletWorks with guests to resolve scanning issues and reports problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager (or their designees) as neededManage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zoneChecks for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles)Present oneself in a professional manner at all timesMust be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all timesWork with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memoryAssist with other duties as needed Requirements Qualifications: 16 years of age or olderMust have an ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered toConfident individual with quick problem-solving skillsAbility to understand the different product offerings and how they relate to lift accessMust enjoy working outdoorsMust have appropriate footwear and clothing for working in all weather conditionsMust be able to stand and work outdoorsMust have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Hours Hours of employment are dependent on business demandsMust have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Starting Rate: $16.00/hr.
