Ticket Sales Internship (Eastern Kentucky University) - Fall 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to learn effective sales and customer engagement strategies tailored to the sports industry.
• Research potential ticket buyers and group leads; assist with outbound communications and follow-up activities.
• Support the planning and implementation of single-game, season, and group ticket campaigns designed to increase attendance and revenue.
• Engage local organizations, schools, and businesses to promote ticket packages and special events.
• Maintain sales records, track performance metrics, and assist with post-event analysis and reporting.
