Game Plan

This is a great launching point to begin your career in sports ticket sales. You’ll learn how to help our Corporate Ticket Sales Managers and Group Event Specialists remain as efficient as possible. You’ll be doing a lot of their administrative work. Best of all, you’ll be able to get actual hands-on sales experience as we allow you to shadow the Ticket Sales representatives on the phones, out of the office on appointments, and at different events during the season and during the off-season.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Researching qualified leads
• Researching local businesses, organizations, teams, etc.
• Mailing out large ticket blocks
• Completing data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel and Archtics
• Creating invoices, receipts, flyers, order forms, and more
• Aiding in the planning and execution of ticket sales events
• Shadowing ticket sales reps on the phones and on appointments
• Other duties and projects as assigned

The Ticket Sales Intern must be enrolled in college course(s) as a junior, senior, or graduate student while maintaining an internship with the Indiana Pacers. Schedule

This internship requires flexibility with work schedule. Interns will be required to work games and other company and sales events during the evening and weekend.
