Customer Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone within 3 rings and make the sale
- Respond to job leads in a timely manner
- Cook up the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
- Utilize our dispatching & schedule management software (ServiceTitan)
- Return customers calls as needed and follow up with past customers
- Aid in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
Job Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong administrative background and outreach experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and craftsmen/handyman
- Solution-focused attitude and quick on your feet
Qualifications
- Support flexible hours ranging between 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Phone sales experience a must
- At least 5 years of service dispatch scheduling experience
- At least 5 years of direct customer-facing experience
- Social media management and engagement a plus
- Exceptional phone sales experience (Confident & Engaging)
- Strong technology skills (ServiceTitan, MS Excel, Teams, Word)
- Great multitasking and prioritization skills
- Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two, a plus
Benefits
Competitive salary range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
