Ticket Sales Agent - Snow Valley
About the Role
Agents will engage with guests selling and redeeming product(s) at our ticket windows. Agents answer questions and provide information about products, pricing, and promotions. This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs.
Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to sell and redeem products at ticket windows.
- Answer questions and provide information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain professionalism and a pleasant attitude in stressful situations.
- Work independently over long periods while adhering to established rules and regulations.
- Read, understand, and comply with guest policies and procedure manuals.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years old.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and timeliness.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
