Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist customers with lost tickets and other customer service related issues
- Sell tickets on Ticketmaster Host and/or Archtics Systems during event walk-up
- Distribute will call and troubleshoot/manage customer expectations when issues arise
- Assist guests with any mobile ticketing issues at stadium entrances
- Understand all aspects of Ticket Office policies
- Provide positive, friendly, and timely service to all guests
- Potential for office hours during our busy times of the year
- Supervise special projects and assignments as business dictates
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced setting
- Able to take and relay instructions
- Experience handling and balancing cash
- Able to multi-task
- Reliable transportation to and from Gillette Stadium
