Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with lost tickets and other customer service related issues
  • Sell tickets on Ticketmaster Host and/or Archtics Systems during event walk-up
  • Distribute will call and troubleshoot/manage customer expectations when issues arise
  • Assist guests with any mobile ticketing issues at stadium entrances
  • Understand all aspects of Ticket Office policies
  • Provide positive, friendly, and timely service to all guests
  • Potential for office hours during our busy times of the year
  • Supervise special projects and assignments as business dictates

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced setting
  • Able to take and relay instructions
  • Experience handling and balancing cash
  • Able to multi-task
  • Reliable transportation to and from Gillette Stadium

Physical Demands

Work Environment

  • A dynamic, complex fast-paced environment
  • Requires working in inclement weather
