Responsibilities
- Sell tickets and assist customers with online purchases for athletic and fine arts events
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and text
- Work event shifts that include in-person customer service and ticket sales
- Enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Think logically and solve problems efficiently
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including office shifts between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and evening event hours
- Work at multiple locations, including the Marriott Center, the Music Building, and other ticket office outlets during events
Requirements
- A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
- One year of box office experience preferred
Qualifications
Note: This is a part-time position (17.5) hours per week.
Skills
Logical problem-solving, customer service, flexibility, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Pay
Typical Starting Pay: $14 per hour
