About the Role

Responsibilities

• Audit the RFID gates and ensure guests have the correct ticket type or pass
• Set up mazes at lifts with RFID gates
• Perform and manage crowd control in lift lines
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve issues, escalating problems to the Ticket Checking Lead, Supervisor, or Lift Operations Management when appropriate
• Check equipment in and out at the beginning and end of shift
• Maintain snow conditions in and around mazes
• Use RFID scanning systems and Windows-based tablets
• Set up and take down mazes, maintaining maze integrity during work hours
• Guide or answer guest questions while elevating larger concerns to a manager
• Conduct crowd control in lift lines

Requirements

• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis
• Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment
• Work outside in various extreme cold, rain, and changing weather conditions for long periods of time
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Work flexible schedules
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Actively listen continuously throughout the day
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Self-motivated and able to maximize use of time and resources

Pay

Wage range: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
