Responsibilities
- selling bus tickets
- answering multiple phone calls
- responding to informational questions
- making customers feel comfortable and appreciated
- promptly and accurately completing transactions with Windows-based POS
- performing general janitorial cleaning duties
- some luggage movement
Qualifications
- computer literate with keyboarding skills
- friendly, reliable, dependable, outgoing and compassionate
- excellent telephone and direct face to face customer service skills
- strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Benefits
- competitive hourly rate of up to $17.00/hour to start
- potential for up to $.50 increase after 90 days of proven performance

Schedule
- flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts
- terminal hours of operation: 4:00am - 6:15pm
- includes weekends and holidays
