About the role
The Ticket Agent is responsible for accurately selling tickets to customers by phone or in-person and providing show information as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests
- Sell tickets to guests, always upselling
- Provide accurate money-handling skills, including credit cards and pre-authorizations
- Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, and attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping
- Work with OPCs
- Able to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show
- Able to stay up to date on all policies and procedures
- Ability to work on the phone for an extended period of time
- Ability to work with the public and maintain a positive attitude at all times

Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required
