Permanent position in the Cladding/Facades sector based in Colorado.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in the glazing industry
- Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Experience in layout and measuring of interior glazing
- Well organized with good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Help drive the vision by creating a people-first culture where the team executes at the highest level
- Lead the TI division through training, problem solving, and innovation
- Manage daily review of schedule and scheduling all manpower for TI jobs
- Maintain and build relationships with contractors
- Communicate with project managers, estimators, and field teams
- Perform layout and measuring
- Review submittals and shop drawings
- Attend and contribute to jobsite meetings
- Prepare material takeoffs and cut lists
- Coordinate with installation team and shop fabrication
- Train all new TI employees
- Drive schedule while staying under budget
- Participate in regular office management and safety meetings
- Assist in development of new employees and help create foremen
- Build relationships to secure repeat work
