About the role

We have two departments at this location for which you could be considered. The Sales Floor involves ringing up customers, answering questions at checkout, and making every transaction feel easy. Helping customers discover items and creating a welcoming experience on the floor is also part of the job. Keeping your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing is crucial. Merchandising donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable is another key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Credit card processing
• Sorting, inspecting, and pricing incoming merchandise
• Organizing and tagging goods for the floor
• Maintaining a clean and organized backroom
• Assisting customers with their purchases
• Answering customer inquiries
• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere on the sales floor
• Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing section
• Merchandising donated goods

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a genuine teamwork mindset
• To be available on time and ready to support the team
• To be curious and eager to learn on the job
• To be comfortable on your feet and able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and organizing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or similar field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills

Pay

$15.16 - $16.16 per hour

Schedule

Part-time shifts that work around school, life, and everything else or full-time shifts that provide stability but also require your open availability.
