About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with customers, supporting various departments and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming presence, greeting customers warmly and offering assistance as needed.
• Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support store operations by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and assisting with opening and closing activities.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff, providing support and staying informed about new services and tools.
• Advocate for and promote new CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible amounts regularly.
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Pay
