About the role
Responsible for leading agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead agile development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for project deliverables
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
- Work closely with QA and testing teams to ensure quality assurance
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
- Understanding of software architecture and design

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
