Threat Hunting Engineer Lead

This role is a technical leadership position within a Security Operations Center, focusing on threat hunting operations. Responsibilities Include Conducting proactive threat hunting to identify, classify, prioritize, and report cyber threatsResearching emerging security risks and analyzing cyber incident trendsDeveloping monitoring and detection methodologies for security platformsPerforming security gap analysis and evaluating security technology effectivenessCollaborating on incident response, investigation, and recovery Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experienceOver 7 years of cybersecurity experience, with more than 4 years in incident response, forensics, or threat huntingExpertise with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat detection platformsStrong knowledge of network protocols, OS internals, cloud security, and defensive technologiesFamiliarity with the MITRE ATT&CK frameworkHands-on scripting or programming skills (Python, Go, PowerShell, or similar)Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
