We are seeking a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), Associate Director to execute strategies and tactics for our Dermatology Franchise, across our immunology portfolio. This field-based role within US Marketing focuses on building, implementing, and executing field-based tactics that support educational goals and the appropriate use of product therapy with HCPs, their staff, and the caregiver/patient community. The position requires a flexible work schedule (including nights and weekends) and travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of advisory boards.
  • Capture insights from targeted customers within the TLL territory through 1:1 meetings, roundtable discussions, and congress activities.
  • Serve on cross-functional brand sub-teams to provide internal and external customer perspectives.
  • Provide competitive intelligence gained through targeted customer meetings.
  • Partner with HQ to develop compelling promotional content, particularly presentation materials.
  • Manage vendor work as needed (e.g., Medical Education Agency, Meeting Services).
  • Identify and recruit KMEs for content development and other promotional projects (e.g., video shoots, web content, New Hire training).
  • Serve as the KME point of contact for international opportunities.
  • Develop and support execution of congress plans, including industry symposia and HCP engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate KME Executive Engagement meetings with leadership.
  • Work with the Program Operations team to manage Speaker’s Bureau requirements (e.g., training, remediation).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience.
  • Dermatology or immunology injectable drug experience required.
  • Previous field marketing or related functional experience in marketing, sales, or an allied function preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive results in a challenging and ambiguous market.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy (driving is an essential duty).

Pay

The base compensation range for this role is $180,000–$248,000. Base salary is determined through an analytical approach utilizing factors such as relevant skills and experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible for both short-term and long-term incentives, including cash bonuses and equity opportunities.
