About the role

These positions are very active, progressive, and results-driven. They focus on helping individuals recover from conditions such as strokes, concussions, and brain injuries within community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Safety and organization support for clients.
  • Medication reminders and medical and therapeutic rehab homework.
  • Support in finding meaningful employment, money management, and social skills.
  • Regular drug screenings.

Requirements

  • One to two years of health care experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and Car.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Great smartphone and tablet skills.
  • Background check and drug testing before hire.
  • Dress code adheres to highest standards of care and accountability.
  • Experience helping people recovering from strokes, concussions, and brain injury.
  • Team member supports clients with safety, organization skills, medical and therapeutic rehab homework, medication reminders, social entertainment, and more.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Experience working with individuals who have experienced brain injury or stroke.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy (smartphone and tablet skills).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
