Responsibilities
- Support clients with safety and organization skills.
- Help clients with medication reminders.
- Facilitate social activities and entertainment.
- Assist with money management.
- Enhance social skills.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients in finding meaningful employment.
- Engage in activities that promote overall recovery and independence.
Requirements
- One to two years of health care experience.
- Valid Driver's License and Car.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent smartphone and tablet skills.
- Pass a background check and drug testing before hire.
- Comply with highest standards of care and accountability.
- Experience helping people recover from strokes, concussions, and brain injuries within community settings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of community resources and services.
