Responsibilities
- Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Client product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).
- Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
- Ensures individual sales targets are met.
- Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives.
- Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues.
- Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills.
- Contributes to sales area up-keep and cleanliness.
- Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.
- May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to ‘home store’ to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services.
- Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach.
Preferred Experience
- 1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.).
