About the role

Our Third Key Holders are enthusiastic product experts who are flexible and adaptable to changes in the business. Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience. They align their day with business needs and take action to successfully achieve sales goals. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them.

Responsibilities

• Observe and listen to the team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience
• Align daily activities with business needs to achieve sales goals
• Foster a positive team environment and embrace teamwork
• Build brand loyalty and uphold an exceptional internal and external customer experience
• Motivate and inspire team members with a team-centric leadership approach
• Adjust and customize actions according to the needs of the business

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
• Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience
• Professionalism and a level of sophistication in the role
• Team-centric leadership approach
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Collaborative with others, yet able to self-motivate and direct
• Committed to continuous learning with the ability to adapt and flex
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
