About the Role
Our Third Key Holders are enthusiastic product experts who are flexible and adaptable to changes in the business. Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience. They align their day with business needs and take action to successfully achieve sales goals. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them.
Responsibilities
- Observe and listen to your team to recognize and coach them for exceptional store experiences
- Align daily activities with business needs to achieve sales goals
- Foster a positive team environment and embrace teamwork
- Build brand loyalty and uphold exceptional internal and external customer experiences
- Adjust and customize approaches according to business needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Team-centric leadership approach that motivates and inspires
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Collaborative yet able to self-motivate and direct
- Committed to continuous learning and adaptability

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
