Therapist / Substance Abuse Counselor

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Therapist with a valid LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential to provide high-quality clinical services in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy for patients with psychological, emotional, or substance use issues.
• Participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Manage documentation, communicate with families and referral sources, and coordinate discharge and aftercare.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards such as HIPAA and TJC.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Current state licensure as a clinical or social worker, including LADC.
• CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care training within 30 days.

$52,000 - $54,080 annually
