Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Therapist with a valid LADC credential to provide high-quality clinical services in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
• Participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Maintain clinical documentation
• Communicate with families and referral sources
• Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards (HIPAA, TJC)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent
• Current LADC licensure
• CPR/BLS certification
