Therapist - Respiratory Registered

Job Summary Provides respiratory care utilizing critical thinking skills as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), demonstrating proficiency through national examinations. Assesses patients, develops, implements, and evaluates care plans, administers medications, and offers health education to patients and families. Acts as a clinical resource, providing leadership and supporting continuous learning. Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care and participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Current state license and RRT credential per the National Board for Respiratory Care.Recent clinical experience in hospital, home care, or skilled nursing settings.Basic computer literacy with Windows and Microsoft Office.Successful completion of hospital and departmental orientation.BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred.
