Your Role in Our Mission
You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LCAS (A); Dual licensure preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
