Relief Mental Health is expanding our multidisciplinary clinical team to meet the rising demand for mental health services. We’re looking for dedicated therapists (LCSWs and LCPCs) who are compassionate, motivated, and thrive in a collaborative, patient-first environment. Our clinics blend traditional therapy with innovative treatments like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (esketamine), medication management, and talk therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active Clinical Mental Health License in adherence with state board requirements (LCSW or LCPC).
• Previous experience working with evidence-based modalities, interventions, and treatment plan formulation.
• Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations.
