Therapist (Multi Lingual)

Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, especially treatment rooms.
• Attend morning briefing on time in proper and complete uniform.
• Ensure all allocated treatment rooms are ready by 9:00 a.m. with proper amenities and decorations.
• Prepare all required products for reserved treatments as per booking time.
• Use the Araamu Spa Standard dialogue for welcoming, assisting guests to changing rooms, and during/after treatments.
• Ascertain if the client has any previous injuries (refer to the Health Assessment Form).
• Explain the benefits of treatments to customers.
• Promote spa services discreetly.
• Respect guests’ privacy at all times.
• Escort guests rather than pointing out directions in any spa areas.
• Absorb and relay official messages to colleagues.
• Serve beverages to clients upon completion of treatment.
• Clean treatment rooms immediately after each treatment and restock amenities; seek help from spa attendants if needed.
• Remind colleagues of any deviations from normal procedures.
• Report any guest or staff suggestions/complaints to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Certified as a Spa Therapist.
• 2–5 years of experience in the same field within the hotel industry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasing personality and a well-focused individual.
• Able to handle pressure at work and multitask.
