Therapist - LPHA (Cerro Gordo, Butler, & Floyd Counties)

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to work with a team of experienced and licensed Clinical Supervisors in providing virtual, in-person therapy, and counseling to couples, families, adults, and children in Mason City and the surrounding counties including Cerro Gordo, Butler, and Floyd.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments
• Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families
• Develop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's various behavioral and mental health care needs
• Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to build the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or another approved related field (LMFT, LMHC)
• Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply)
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office software
• Flexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clients
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a good driving record
• Ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check
