Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop, record, and monitor (weekly basis) client's Individual Treatment Plans to ensure progress toward client's treatment;
Conduct Mental Health screenings and assessments;
Facilitate co-occurring treatment groups;
Provide crisis intervention;
Provide clinical support to alcohol and drug counselors.
Administration
Maintain appropriate documentation regarding the client's progress, services received in individual resident case files;
Clock in and out for time-sensitive reports to referring entities and/or agents;
Schedule appropriate client services with internal and external entities to meet clients' needs and treatment goals.
Reporting & Compliance
Complete and submit time-sensitive reports to referring entities and/or agents;
Ensure compliance with organization, contractual, local, state, and federal mandates, including confidentiality laws.
Qualifications
Demonstrate the ability to follow policies and procedures as established in the Company's Employee Handbook;
Contribute to a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a manner such that they get along with all constituent groups, co-workers, and management;
Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or LCSW or MFT, required;
CAARR and/or CAADAC certification preferred;
3 - 5 years in case management, mental health, dual diagnosis, and substance abuse fields;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Bilingual skills of any language, particularly, Spanish, preferred;
Substance abuse treatment experience in a group setting, preferred;
Strong critical thinking when making a treatment plan;
Strong ability to actively listen.
Educational Requirements
Education: Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or LCSW or MFT, required.
Key Skills
High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Clarity;
Working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
Work Experience
3 - 5 years in case management, mental health, dual diagnosis, and substance abuse fields.
